Goal
Create a brand-new nf-core pipeline that automates the full antibody engineering workflow — from CDR sequence redesign through structural validation and humanization to final candidate ranking. This pipeline does not yet exist and will be built from scratch during the hackathon.
Description
Pipeline will cover CDR redesign (AntiFold), structural verification (ABodyBuilder2), humanization (BioPhi Sapiens) and humanness scoring (OASis).
