New pipeline first releases 🎉
These pipelines just had their very first release.
- nf-core/funcprofiler v1.0.0 — Read-based functional profiling of microbiome sequencing data
- nf-core/genomeqc v1.0.0, v1.0.1 — Compare the quality of multiple genomes, along with their annotations.
- nf-core/rnastructurome v1.0.0 — a bioinformatics pipeline for analysing chemical high-throughput RNA structure-probing data
- nf-core/stableexpression vv1.0.0, v1.0.0 — This pipeline is designed to identify the most stable genes in one or more expression datasets (RNA-seq / Microarray). The ideal use case is for determining the most suitable RT-qPCR reference genes for a given species.
