- nf-core/callingcards v1.0.0 — A pipeline for processing calling cards data
- nf-core/fastquorum v1.0.0 — Pipeline to produce consensus reads using unique molecular indexes/barcodes (UMIs)
- nf-core/viralmetagenome v0.1.1 — A nf-core pipeline for untargeted whole genome reconstruction with iSNV detection from metagenomic samples.
