• nf-core/bactmap vv0.9, v0.9.1 — A mapping-based pipeline for creating a phylogeny from bacterial whole genome sequences
• nf-core/metaboigniter v1.0.0, v1.0.1 — Pre-processing of mass spectrometry-based metabolomics data with quantification and identification based on MS1 and MS2 data.
