New pipeline first releases 🎉

These pipelines just had their very first release.

• nf-core/rnaseq v1.4.1, v1.4.2 — RNA sequencing analysis pipeline using STAR, RSEM, HISAT2 or Salmon with gene/isoform counts and extensive quality control.
• nf-core/sarek v2.5, v2.5.1 — Analysis pipeline to detect germline or somatic variants (pre-processing, variant calling and annotation) from WGS / targeted sequencing
